Creating our seasonal menu is time-consuming and costly, however we take great pride in showing our guests that the kitchen and bar truly care about providing a unique dining experience so we do it anyway!

Employees

We train our employees with an organized training program that includes an employee manual, job descriptions, preparedness testing and a certified trainer. A great training program always starts with job descriptions that tell employees how to do the job, how well you want it done and by when. Good employees are not found; they are trained!
